Membership Terms

IVANI membership is a paid (or invitation-based) subscription providing access to designated digital editorial content, archives, and member resources. Certain plans may also include quarterly print magazine delivery when print fulfillment is offered.

Membership is a license to access services and content—not a sale of IVANI’s intellectual property, and not a partnership, employment, or equity interest in IVANI.

Prior to public launch, membership may be offered first to waitlist participants by invitation. An invitation does not guarantee enrollment. Final pricing, plan details, and launch timing will be communicated at the time of offer.

Membership benefits vary by plan and will be described at purchase. Benefits may include digital archive access, member correspondence, curated collections, and, where stated, print magazine issues.

IVANI may refine editorial offerings to improve quality. If we materially reduce core paid benefits, we will provide notice and, where required by law or stated in the offer, a remedy such as a pro-rata credit or cancellation right.

Fees are charged in the currency displayed at checkout through our payment processor. Prices may exclude applicable taxes, which will be added where required.

If a plan is sold on a recurring basis with automatic renewal, your membership will renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. By purchasing an auto-renewing plan, you authorize recurring charges to your selected payment method until cancellation.

We will provide renewal disclosures required by applicable law. Failure of a renewal charge may result in suspension of access until payment is resolved.

Note — Automatic renewal disclosures and cancellation mechanics should be confirmed for each sales jurisdiction before enabling paid auto-renew subscriptions.

Membership access is for your personal use. Credentials may not be shared, sold, or transferred. Excessive concurrent usage or credential sharing may result in suspension. Household or multi-seat plans, if offered, will be described separately.

During an active membership, you receive a limited license to access member digital content for private, non-commercial reading on supported devices. You may not redistribute member-only materials, create public archives of member content, or use content for commercial purposes without written permission.

Upon cancellation or termination, access to member-only digital materials ends, except where we expressly permit continued access to previously downloaded materials (if downloading is offered) or where required by law.

If your plan includes print issues, delivery depends on accurate shipping information and service availability in your region. Delivery timelines are estimates. Title and risk of loss for physical products pass according to the shipping terms disclosed at purchase or in fulfillment communications.

Missed issues caused by an inaccurate address you provided may not be replaceable. Damaged-in-transit issues should be reported promptly under the Refund Policy.

You may cancel a recurring membership according to the instructions in your account or by contacting us. Cancellation stops future renewals. Unless otherwise required by law or stated in a specific offer, cancellation does not automatically refund the current paid term; access typically continues through the end of the period already paid.

We may suspend or terminate membership for violation of these Terms, chargebacks initiated in bad faith, fraudulent activity, or abuse of the services. In cases of termination for cause, refunds are not owed except where required by law.
